12.04.03 - I have been at it again with the slides. In KY I learned how to climb up the slide and then let go and slide down on my belly. I also climbed up on Great Grandma's coffee table and danced around! She didn't even mind too much! 11.15.03 - I have been a wild child lately. At playgroup yesterday, I climbed up on the chair and then onto the table! I had fun in South Carolina, but I was a little grouchy on the car ride home. I did love playing at the McDonald Play Place. I tried to climb up the stairs to go down the big tunnel slide. 10.12.03 - I had a great birthday. I didn't want to ruin my figure and eat that cupcake though. Food, it is so overrated! We did have fun at a pumpkin patch on Monday the 6th. We went with our playgroup and we got to go on a hayride. I pretty much just walked around the entire time. Love my freedom! 9.24.03 - We went to playgroup today and I loved it! I walked all over the place, climbed up stairs, crawled through tunnels and even got to swing for a little while. It was great fun. Everyone said it was funny how I look like a toddler (which I pretty much am!) and Alex looks like such a baby. Maybe one day he will actually walk :) 9.15.03 - My teeth are finally in! I am walking all over the place and I even entertained myself at playgroup last week with a ball for over an hour! I made up this great game of put the ball on the slide, climb up and get it, toss it off, crawl off the slide, grab the ball and then repeat. It was great! 8.27.03 - Well, those pesky front top teeth are finally breaking through. I look like Vampira and my poor nose is constantly running. But I am still in pretty good spirits overall. I am now taking several steps whenever I get the chance. I am not sure what my record is, but I am sure it is at least 7 steps in a row! Hooray for me! 8.20.03 - I am trying to teach myself to walk. My brother Dean likes to chase me around and I laugh and giggle as I crawl after him, but I think walking would be nice. I have managed to eek out about 3 consecutive steps, but then I stumble and revert right back to the crawl I know so well. I only have my bottom two teeth, but the top two are thinking about poking through any day now.
