This is the quilt I made in a "Quilt in a Day" class. I love gray and I also love this pattern. I actually lived with the instructor for the class and she said if I came to class and helped people, she would help me make a top in a day at a later date. Oh yeah I took her up on that! So this is what I got. I didn't quilt it until years later - like 3, but finished it Super Bowl Sunday after we had that week blizzard back in January of 1996. Anyhow, it was MY quilt, but after I had Dean, I used to snuggle with him and nurse him with it wrapped around us and then he started calling it "his quilt" and then he just sorta stole it. That is why I am making all the kids their own quilts, and then I will make one for Dan and myself.
